Letter from the President

December 3, 2018

GRVCCA Michelle VanDykeDear Greater Ruby Valley Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture Members:

It has been a pleasure to have you as a Ruby Valley Chamber member and we hope you will continue to support our community with a renewal of your membership. It is our mission to bring together local businesses, agriculturalists, and industry professionals to foster connection and engagement for the benefit of members and the entire Ruby Valley. If there is anyone in the community who you know is not a member, please invite them to join or have them call me or one of our board members and we would be happy to pass on the benefits of joining the Chamber. I have enclosed a brief summary highlighting those benefits and please feel free to spread the word on what we do for our communities spanning from Alder to Silver Star.

Those members who have paid for a two year membership can forego sending in your dues for next year but if there have been any changes in your business information, you can either update online at rubyvalleychamber.com or mail the enclosed application with any changes to PO Box 134, Twin Bridges, MT 59754.

Please save the date of February 5, 2019, for our Annual Membership meeting which will be held this next year at the Wagon Wheel Restaurant in Twin Bridges at 5:30. It has been our tradition to rotate our annual meeting between Sheridan and Twin Bridges every other year. This meeting will give you an opportunity to socialize with other members, invite prospective members, and have some input on how to make our Ruby Valley Chamber be the platform to bring our communities together.

If anyone has a desire to be involved in our GRVCCA Board, we encourage you to step up and make a difference. We are trying to shift our focus to have a representative on the board from each of our Ruby Valley communities including Alder, Laurin, Sheridan, Twin Bridges and Silver Star. It would be our hope that this will bring us all together for a strong voice for everyone.

Best Wishes & Happy Holidays,

Michelle VanDyke, President
