We are excited about the efficiency and convenience provided by one-time electronic data input. User input means less chance of typos and other errors. Timeliness of active listings will be more immediate since the information will no longer need to be manually input at the convenience of an available volunteer.

Pay online. Credit card payments are now accepted via the secure payment gateway at the end of the application. Checks can be mailed to: GRVCCA, PO Box 134, Twin Bridges, MT 59754, and renewal links are emailed to existing members for convenient online renewal.

Other benefits include the ability for members to easily update contact information, photos, descriptions, and seasonal information. Simple styling can be done by using the editor for the typing window. If you know a little about html and the editing tools you can make your listing shine. Or, simply fill in the application blanks and submit it. No editing required. The site and directory are designed to make listings look good all on their own.

Applications will continue to be reviewed by an administrator before they’re activated. If you aren’t comfortable using the internet and word processing tools, that’s fine too. If you run into problems while completing your application, just contact us. We stand ready to assist with any issues you may run into, and will continue managing your listing as we have in the past. AND, for those unable to use the online tools, we will continue to accept and process the traditional paper application (below).
