NEW FOR 2019

Stay tuned. Come to our meetings. Sara Gilman has done an amazing job working with Chamber leadership this winter on developing and fine-tuning our Mission and Message. A few Directors have either retired in 2018, or are winding down their involvement as a younger set of involved members are filling in the gaps. This is an exciting time to get involved with a renewed vision, a fresh perspective, and some talented and energetic people who love and support the Ruby Valley community as a whole. We are seeking representatives from each community within the scope of the Ruby Valley Chamber. In particular, we need representation from Alder, Silver Star, and Laurin–but are always happy for involvement from Twin Bridges and Sheridan as well. We will also be electing a new set of Directors at the February 6, 2019 Annual Membership Meeting. Let us know if you would like to step up and get involved.

Recent Chamber History:

In 2016 our website was rebuilt, and we’ve since been making the transition to an interactive web presence where members can join the Chamber, renew their membership, and even manage their own listings online. We are excited about the efficiency and convenience provided by one-time electronic data input. User input means less chance of typos and other errors. Timeliness of active listings will be more immediate since the information will no longer need to be manually input at the convenience of an available volunteer.

PAY ONLINE. Credit card payments are accepted via the secure payment gateway at the end of the application. Checks can be mailed to: GRVCCA, PO Box 134, Twin Bridges, MT 59754, and renewal links are emailed to existing members for convenient online renewal. For members who would like the convenience of credit card payment but have no interest in logging in, a “Pay Now” button was recently added to the Contact page. You will be unable to access your listing so it’s important to email any changes to the webmaster.

New applications are reviewed by an administrator before activation. If you run into problems while completing your application, there is a support contact form on the Members page, and are happy to assist. For those unable or unwilling to use the online tools, we will always accept and process the traditional paper application which is mailed out every year. (download below).

Chamber Application Download, print, fill-out, and mail along with payment and photo or logo to be scanned. (Or scan completed application and email with digital image file attached. Mail payment to address on form.)

We’ve gone the extra mile to establish a high security level to protect the privacy of our members. When browsing this site, a padlock icon should be visible on the left side of the URL bar. NO PAYMENT INFORMATION is ever stored on the Chamber site server.
